Registration

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the International Conference of Art, Design, and Technology, generously supported by a Inter-Institutional Development Scheme (IIDS) grant from the Research Grants Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. As a result, there is no registration fee required for this conference.

However, all participants are still required to complete the registration process to secure their attendance.

One-Day Pass:
  • Access to conference sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations on one selected day
  • Networking opportunities with fellow attendees, speakers, and industry experts on the chosen day
  • Conference materials and proceedings
  • Certificate of participation

3.

Student Pass (valid student ID required):
  • Access to any 2 conference sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations
  • Networking opportunities with fellow attendees, speakers, and industry experts
  • Conference materials and proceedings
  • Certificate of participation

Registration Options:

Click on the “REGISTRATION” button to begin the registration process.

Fill out the registration form with your personal details, including name, email address, and affiliation.

4.

Select the registration option that suits your needs: Full Conference Pass or Student Pass.

5.

Choose any additional add-ons or workshops you wish to attend (if applicable).

6.

Complete the registration process without any payment required.
7.

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

8.

On the day of the conference, present your confirmation email or registration ID at the registration desk to collect your conference materials.

We encourage you to register early, as spaces are limited. This conference provides a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share innovative ideas, and connect with experts in the fields of art, design, and technology.
